Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery

Digitizing, vector, and image-editing files are delivered electronically by email or secure download link. Delivery time depends on the complexity of the artwork and is confirmed with your quotation. Rush options may be available on request.

2. Physical Products

Embroidered patches and store products are produced, packed and dispatched after your order is confirmed. Production time is provided in the product description or your quotation, and is separate from shipping time.

3. Processing Time

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days for in-stock items. Custom and made-to-order products require additional production time, which we will confirm with you.

4. Shipping Methods & Estimated Times

• Domestic shipping: typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• International shipping: typically 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, public holidays or weather.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size and destination, or stated in your quotation.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details where the carrier provides them, so you can follow your parcel.

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices unless stated.

8. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. Bytespan Prosoftex is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details. Re-shipping costs may apply.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time, contact us at obserwebsolutions@gmail.com with your order number and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
