Bytespan Prosoftex provides embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, custom embroidered patches, image editing and related creative production services, along with products sold through our online store.

Service descriptions are provided for information and may be refined after we review your artwork and requirements.

3. Quotations & Orders

• Quotations are based on the artwork, size, quantity and requirements you supply, and remain valid for the period stated in the quote.
• An order is confirmed once we accept your request and, where applicable, receive payment.
• We may decline or cancel an order if information is incomplete, or if the artwork cannot reasonably be produced to the requested specification.

4. Customer Artwork & Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all artwork, logos and materials you submit. You are responsible for any claim arising from content you supply.

Once full payment is received, you may use the finished files or products for your intended purpose. We retain the right to our working methods, tools and internal processes.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout or in your quotation and may exclude taxes, duties or shipping unless noted. We may update prices at any time; confirmed orders are not affected.

Payment must be completed through the methods offered on our website or in your quotation.

6. Revisions & Approval

Revisions are handled within the scope agreed in your quotation. Please review proofs, files and samples promptly and tell us about any corrections. Work that has been approved by you is considered accepted.

7. Turnaround Times

Delivery times are estimates and depend on complexity, workload and the completeness of the information supplied. We will make reasonable efforts to meet the timeline communicated, but delays caused by incomplete files or late feedback are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bytespan Prosoftex is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.

Embroidery results can vary with fabric, machine, thread and finishing, so exact appearance on third-party materials cannot be guaranteed.

9. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, upload harmful code, or use our content for unlawful purposes. All website text, graphics and design are the property of Bytespan Prosoftex unless stated otherwise.
